Access to and use of Nestle Health Science.com or any of its sub domains is subject to the following terms:
1. Use of site - The site is only for Health Care Professionals.
2. Use of samples - The samples are only for patients and must only be used under your healthcare professional supervision. The samples must not be resold and should only be ordered from the site as a backup solution if you are unable to get the samples easily. The usual medical sales contact is the primary source for the sampling.
3. Registration – your details will need to be verified by the approval team. If you provide a NHS email address, we require one business day for verification. If you provide a non NHS email address, we require two business days and your HCPC council registration code will be required for verification.
4. Maximum order limit - If your required order exceeds the Maximum Order Limit, you can contact your local Nestle Health Science representative for further support.
5. Delivery options – If an order is made before 12pm, standard delivery will take two business days. If it is an emergency, it will be delivered within one business day.
6. Permission to use delivery address – if the samples are to be delivered directly to the patient, please ensure that the patient has given you permission to provide us with their delivery address.

Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Nestle Health Science, or any other third party.
